Where do I start? Call our event pros at 815-830-0712 to get started. With a few details such as event type, date & number of guests, Event Specialists will start building a plan for your event.
Do I need to be a casino games expert? No! Event Specialists will expertly guide you through the planning process and answer all your questions along the way. Our packages include an Event Manager/Pit Boss to be sure everything goes smoothly. We can staff the event with our experienced and friendly dealers or train your volunteers to work the table games.
Do I need any special licensing or permits for a casino night event? The vast majority of our events do not need any kind of licensing or permits. Event Specialists does not offer cash gambling types of events and so is not required by the state to carry a gaming license. If however your event will be using other types of cash gambling such as tip boards or draw downs, or offering cash prizes, it is suggested that you check with local government authorities about any necessary permits.
How many table games will I need? The total number games needed will depend on several factors including:
Total number of guests.
Will this be the only source of entertainment?
How much room is available?
Total overall budget.
On average for an event with 100 guests we would recommend 6 blackjack tables, 1 craps table, 1 roulette table, 1 poker table and up to 4 slot machines. This provides seating for about 80 players at one time. Staffing for this package includes 1 pit boss/event manager and 9 dealers.
How can I save money on a casino event?
The biggest money saver when planning a casino event is supplying your own volunteers to act as dealers. We will train your volunteers at no extra charge. This option is most often used for fundraisers and college events.
Do your own decorating. We offer a decorating service but it may be more economical for you to perform the decorating tasks yourself.
We offer premium and economy lines of casino rental equipment. Using the economy equipment will save you about 25% on average.
